Complete Asshole
This guy thought it would be a good idea to urinate on a Canadian National War Memorial in Ottawa. I suppose that he may have thought this was cool.This man is a complete Asshole, A disgrace to this country and everyone in it. I hope this act of idiocy follows him around for the rest of his life.
